Albelli Netherlands has reached the 1.5 million-customer mark. They wanted to say thank you to their loyal customers in a video, with the ‘thank you’ being clearly stated at the start of the video. The initial idea was to show different types of customers enjoying moments with their Albelli products. For example, a mum and dad with a baby book, or grandma with wall decor showing her and her grandkids. The goal is to produce a branding film to celebrate the anniversary, not to boost conversion.
Challenge: To create an inspirational online film to show the emotional benefits of buying a photo album. To convince our loyal customers to order a new product by showing the emotional benefits/rewards.
Solution: Five videos specially created for social media. Concept, production and post production. Short videos, maximum 25 seconds.

Impact: A video of Bram, the dog, got a lot of online views with plenty of engagement
