Albelli Netherlands has reached 1.5 million customers and they wanted to say thank you to their loyal customers in a video. Somewhere at the beginning this message, the “thank you” should be clear. The initial idea was to show different types of customers enjoying moments with their Albelli products. For example, a mum and dad with a baby book, or grandma with wall decor showing her and her grandkids. The goal is purely to produce a branding film to celebrate the anniversary, not to boost conversion.
Challenge: To create an inspirational online film to show the emotional benefits of buying a photo album. We try to convince our loyal customers to order a new product by showing the emotional benefits/rewards.
Solution: Five videos specially created for social media. Concept, production and post production. Short videos, maximum 25 seconds.

Impact: The video of Bram (the dog) got a lot of engagement and online views
